Arrow with the look of blue/green patina copper for point, shaft, and fletchings.
When hit with arrow target takes normal damage and stumbles in the direction the arrow hit (like they lost their balance) and fall down onto the arrow causing an additional die's worth of damage and for the target to be prone.
