Amulet of the Devout, +2, Vecna

This amulet bears the symbol of a Vecna, an jewel eye set into dark metal in the shape of a hand. While you wear the holy symbol, you gain a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your spells. 

While you wear this amulet, you can use your Channel Divinity feature without expending one of the feature’s uses. Once this property is used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.

Undead Servant: If you kill an enemy by inflicting Necrotic damage, you may use your Reaction to invoke Vecna's power, immediately raising the slain foe as a zombie. You may do this once per day, and you can only have one zombie raised in this way at a time. Zombies raised in this way have specific properties:

• When raised, they immediately join your place in initiative if combat is ongoing.
• The zombie is under your control as if created by the Animate Dead spell. However, it is not possible to re-assert control after the 24 hour period has passed. The zombie will no longer obey commands and will become hostile to any non-undead creature.
• The zombie uses the stat block of the creature from which it was created, with the Zombified trait.
• A Zombified creature gains the Undead Fortitude property (see Zombie stat block) and is immune to Poison damage and the Poisoned condition. It has 60 feet of Darkvision and understands the languages of its creator but cannot speak.
• A Zombified creature has the same number of maximum hit points as it had in life. Its AC is reduced by 4, to a minimum of 8, and it cannot benefit from a shield. Its speed is reduced by 10 feet. Its Dexterity and Wisdom are reduced to 6 (-2), its Intelligence is reduced to 3 (-4), and its Charisma is reduced to 5 (-3). It has proficiency in Wisdom saving throws.
• A Zombified creature does not maintain any of the special features it had in life. When attacking, it may take only its most basic attack action. It is able to wield the weapons it held when it died. It cannot cast spells.
