A poison made from the rare Abyssal Nettle found only within inhabited planes of the Abyss. This poison is an oily black liquid that swirls and bubbles within its vial and becomes a black, mist-like vapor when exposed to air.
The poison is contained within a glass vial. If uncorked, any creature within a 10 foot diameter circle must make a DC 18 Constitution Saving Throw, taking 10d6 Necrotic damage on a failed save and half damage on a success. A poisoned creature must repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns until 5 successful saves have been made, taking 10d6 damage with each unsuccessful saving throw and half damage on each success. Until a creature has made 5 successful saves, the damage taken cannot be healed by any means. Once a creature has made 5 successful saving throws, the creature can heal the damage accumulated. If a creature succeeds on the initial saving throw, the creature takes half damage but is not poisoned.
Additionally, the vial can be thrown, shattering on impact and each creature within a 10 foot diameter circle must make the saving throw or suffer the effects detailed above. To throw the vial, make a ranged attack, treating the vial as an improvised weapon.
A poisoned creature will begin to bleed a black ichor from all orifices and you have advantage to track a creature by following the trail of ichor left behind should the creature(s) try to flee.
Notes: Damage: Necrotic, Poisoned
