You can use an action to cause this card to burst into flames. These flames do not harm you. The fire remains for 1 minute or until an attack using this weapon hits a creature. That creature must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 2d10 Fire damage. You can use this ability 3 times with charges reseting at dawn. If this weapon is used to make a ranged attack, the card will immediately return to your hand upon impact with a target.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
