This ruby amulet, made by angels, has the power to restore arcane depletion. Once per long rest, you may spend ten uninterrupted minutes in meditation with the amulet to regain as number of spell levels equal to your proficiency modifier.
As an example, if your proficiency bonus is 3, you may choose to recover one 3rd level spell slot, OR three 1st level spell slots, OR one 2rd level spell slot and one 1st level spell slot, etc.
Multiple people can partake in the ritual, as long as the total number of spell levels recovered among all participants does not exceed the lowest proficiency bonus value of all the participants.
GM Notes: This amulet is created for a campaign where PC's only get the value of a Short Rest when resting for 8 hours in the wilderness. If I was to add this to a normal resting campaign, I would make it attunement, and work with only one person.
