Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo features a custom design agreed upon by the DM and Character but must be related to the stat that is increased.
Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you will require a skilled professional to hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin. If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo fades looking worn and discolored, and the needle reappears in your space.
Tattoo Re-Attunement. To re-attune to this item, you will require a skilled professional to "touch up" the tattoo by repeating the original attuenment process over.
Stat Increase. While the tattoo is attuned, you have a +1 to a stat of your choice up to a max of 20. The stat can not be changed once the tattoo is done. However a "cover up" can be down by a skilled professional to change the stat increase.
