This cloudy glass vial is magical and filled with a strange white liquid that refills at dawn. It has a 13 charges, and regains 1d10+3 expended charges daily at dawn. While holding the vial, you can expend 1 charge to cast the new poison food or drink spell (save DC 17), expend 3 charges to cast the new befoul water spell (save DC 17), or expend 5 charges to cast the new suspend animation spell, without requiring concentration. You can increase the spell slot level of poison food or drink by one for each additional charge you expend.
