When you make a melee weapon attack, you may attack using a range of 15 ft. If you attack this way you instead deal 1d8 bludgeoning damage. the target must make an Acrobatics/Athletics to avoid being grappled (DC14). If the target fails the saving throw they are restrained as you hold the target in place with spectral chains. they are restrained until the end of your next turn
If you move more than 15 ft from the target the chains return to the gauntlets, ending the restrained condition from the target.
