This arrow has an inscription of a bear paw on the arrow head. When you fire the Arrow of the Bear and shout the command word, it transforms into a wave of force with the appearance of a spiritual charging bear. The wave is 5 feet wide and has a range of120 feet. Any creature in the path of this wave of force takes 4d6 force damage, DC 13 Dexterity save for half damage. If fired at a target, the target also takes normal arrow damage in addition to the force wave.
The arrow cannot be broken by normal means and the arrow's ability can't be used again until the next dawn.
Proficiency with a Javelin allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
