Agdon claims this 15 ft. Scarf was forged from Lightning and, as time passed, his identity became intertwined with the scarf itself.
A creature attuned to the scarf gains the following benefits:
- Increase your movement speed by 15 feet
- You can cast the Haste spell on yourself once a day. While this condition is active, any creature within 5 ft. of the Scarf takes 1 Lightning Damage.
A creature can grab the Scarf as an action, requiring a successful dc 17 Strength Check (Athletics). If successful, the attuned creature's speed is halved and cannot move more than 15ft. away from whoever has grabbed it.
