Forged by a legendary smith and made from iron that fell from heaven as a blazing star, this sword cleaves all Earth-delved iron. The dark heart of the smith still dwells in it from a curse laid upon it when it was stolen from its maker. Though ever black its edges shine with pale fire.
Sentience Anglachel is a sentient chaotic neutral weapon with hearing and blindsight out to a range of 60 feet. The weapon communicates through emotions, giving the wielder a dull sense of hatred towards those it deems enemies and alleviating moralities concerning innocent lives. It can also communicate telepathically with its wielder, though it only does so rarely.
Iron cleaver When you attack a foe wearing medium or heavy armor with this magic sword and hit, maximize your weapon damage dice against the target.
Dragon slayer When you hit a dragon with this weapon, the dragon takes an extra 4d6 slashing damage. For the purpose of this weapon, "dragon" refers to any creature with the dragon type, including dragon turtles and wyverns.
Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
Notes: Iron cleaver, Dragon slayer, Damage, Combat, Heavy, Two-Handed, Graze

Posted Dec 30, 2022this is great I think it would work better as a longsword. because in the book it says Turin would ride a horse with Anglachel in one hand and a shield in the other. I also think it should give off some light because it also says Anglachel lights up in a dim white color as if it is glowing or in another part it is described as a corrupted black star.
