Assassin's Grappling Hook

Stored in a device worn on the wrist, this grappling hook has a range of 65ft. As a bonus action, the wearer may shoot the hook, being immediately pulled to its location once it hits a spot. This can incur attacks of opportunity. The hook automatically releases and stores itself once the user has landed, and takes 2 (two) rounds to recharge.
