Staff, very rare (requires attunement by a Cleric, Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard)
You have resistance to necrotic damage and you can cast the new hemokinesis cantrip at-will while you hold this crimson staff.
The staff has 10 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC: blood extraction (new) (3 charges), blood reading (new) (1 charge), hemorrhage (new) (4 charges), or infuse blood (new) (2 charges).
The staff regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff dissolves into stale, lifeless blood that can't be used for blood magic, and the staff is destroyed.

Great item, but the spells, even though I added them to my campaign, don't show up when characters attune the item. The individual spells can be picked to learn though...
