Wand, uncommon (requires attunement by a Spellcaster)
This wand has 5 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast a spell. If you point it at blood, you cast the new blood reading spell from it, targeting the blood. If you point it at a creature, you cast the new carnage burst spell (save DC 13) from it, targeting the creature. For 1 charge, you cast the 1st-level version of blood reading or the 2nd-level version of carnage burst, but you can increase the spell slot level by 1 for each additional charge expended.
The wand regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand dissolves into blood and is destroyed.
