Weapon (blowgun), rare (requires attunement)

You gain a +2 bonus to all attack rolls made with this magic blowgun. Whenever you hit a creature with an attack using the blowgun, the attack deals an additional 1d6 poison damage and 1d6 psychic damage. Creatures that can't be poisoned are immune to the psychic damage.

The blowgun can also be used as an instrument. Proficiency with flutes, horns, or pan flutes grants you proficiency with this instrument. When you use this instrument as a spellcasting focus for a spell, if the spell is an enchantment or illusion, you gain a +2 bonus to the saving throw DC for the spell.

Proficiency with a Blowgun allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
