This magical weapon has 3 charges, and it regains all expended charges daily at dawn. When you hit a creature that has blood with an attack using the weapon, you can expend 1 charge to cast hemorrhage (homebrew) on the target as part of the attack, requiring no components, spell slots, or concentration. The spell save DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier (whichever is higher).
In addition, before you make an attack against a creature using the weapon, if the creature isn't an undead or construct, you can expend 1 charge to strike at the target's vital points as part of the attack. You gain advantage on the attack roll, the attack scores a critical hit on a roll of 18–20, and the attack deals an extra 3d10 piercing damage on a hit.
Proficiency with a Blowgun allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
