This enigmatic dwarven amulet gifted to those of the royal guard to help in times of great need. With a pulsing gem set in its center, this amulet has the power to temporarily boost its wearer's physical attributes, but it extracts a toll if the user is in a weakened state.
The amulet has 2 charges. While wearing it, you can use an action to speak the amulets command word and expend 1 charge to activate one of the following effects for 1 hour:

Surge of Health: Your Constitution score increases to 19. This change overrides your current Constitution score. This has no effect on you if your Constitution is 19 or higher.
- When the effect ends, if you have less than 50% of your hit points remaining, you suffer a level of exhaustion as your body struggles with the sudden drop in vitality. This exhaustion can only be recovered through a long rest or magic that removes exhaustion.

Burst of Strength: Your Strength score increases to 19. This change overrides your current Strength score. This has no effect on you if your Strength is 19 or higher.
- When the effect ends, if you are encumbered, you suffer a level of exhaustion as your body struggles with the sudden drop in strength. This exhaustion can only be recovered through a long rest or magic that removes exhaustion.

Blink of Agility: Your Dexterity score increases to 19. This change overrides your current Dexterity score. This has no effect on you if your Dexterity is 19 or higher.
- When the effect ends, make a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC 14), on failure you fall prone and suffer a level of exhaustion as your body struggles with the sudden drop in agility. This exhaustion can only be recovered through a long rest or magic that removes exhaustion.
Once an effect ends, it can't be used again until the next dawn, even if you still have charges remaining. The amulet regains all expended charges daily at dawn.
