These shortswords were made as a set to go together. Made of Ancient Arcadian Steel, these swords are extremely sharp, even after thousands of years. They gain a bonus +5 to attack and damage rolls made with them. These swords grant an extra melee attack each turn.
Secret Switch. During training to attune with these swords, roll an Intelligence check to reveal a secret switch (DC16). This switch can be found any time during another hour of training and another intelligence check. Activating the switch during a bonus action grants a bonus 10 lightning damage to both melee attack damage rolls.
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
