This gleaming crown is white with highlights of pale blue and is topped by a spined crest. There are two empty sockets on both side of the center jewel along the front ridge of the crown. While you wear the crown, you gain the following benefits:
Dark vision up to 60ft
After using breath attack roll a d6, breath recharges on a 6
Breath attacks are infused with frozen hail added to the natural element deal an additional 1d4 cold damage
Winter’s Fury. While your current hit points are equal to or less than half your hit point maximum, you deal an extra 1d8 cold damage with your melee attacks.
Notes: By harnessing each of the dragon-flights' hearts into the crown it evolves and grows in power in addition to it's base stats. Green Dragon Heart- Water Breathing. You can breathe underwater. Red Dragon Heart- Fire Resistance Blue Dragon Heart- Lingering Shock. If you deal lightning damage to a creature, it can't take reactions until its next turn. Black Dragon Heart- Legendary Resistance (1/Day). If you fail a saving throw, you can choose to succeed instead.
