You are able to cast spells including Epic spells in a variety of situations, so spells you cast no longer require verbal, somatic, or material components. Requirements for concentration remain unchanged.
You are immune to non-Epic spells and magical affects cast by creatures with a spellcasting ability score lower than yours. Creatures with an intelligence score less than yours have disadvantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects produced by you.
