Ashari's Tear

This circlet formed through the natural magic and sorrow of a powerful archdruid of the water Ashari after the devastation of their tribe and given to one of the few remaining members before their departure.  It appears to be woven together with plants, sea vines, with a beautiful crystal in the shape of a teardrop at its center.

This circlet has 3 charges and regains all expended charges at dawn.

This magical item channels the user's connection to their druidic nature even within their bestial form.  By expending one or more charges, you are able to cast a druid spell with spell level equal to the amount of charges spent while in wildshape.

This item also grants a +1 to your spell attacks and spell save DC.

Notes: Bonus: Spell Save DC, Bonus: Spell Attacks, druid
