Anachoris

You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. In addition, the weapon ignores resistance to slashing damage.

When you attack a creature that has at least one head with this weapon and roll a 19-20 on the attack roll, you cut off one of the creature's heads. The creature dies if it can't survive without the lost head. A creature is immune to this effect if it is immune to slashing damage, doesn't have or need a head, has legendary actions, or the GM decides that the creature is too big for its head to be cut off with this weapon. Such a creature instead takes an extra 4d8 slashing damage from the hit.

Anachoris is a sentient weapon of unknown origin.  When equipped, but not in use, it shifts its form into that of a raven, sitting on its masters shoulder.  When it's master calls it's name, it shifts into a black curved longsword with a jagged edge, appearing in its masters hand as if always there.  Everwrath  has always had this blade, but does not know how she came to be in possession of it.  

Anachoris has a chaotic neutral alignment, and can speak all languages of the person it is attuned to.  It has the voice of a young woman, and will interact with anyone who is deemed a friend of its attuned master.  It also has a tendency to interrupt its master with basic needs when they are deep in conversation.  

If it's master wields a different weapon, Anachoris will start to cry uncontrollably and distract its master, causing them to have disadvantage on all rolls.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
