While holding this shield, you have a +1 bonus to AC. This bonus is in addition to the shield's normal bonus to AC.
This shield is reinforced with adamantine, one of the hardest substances in existence. While you're holding it and are about to receive a critical hit, roll a D100. On a successful roll of DC50 or higher, the critical hit against you becomes a normal hit.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
