This hilt of this rapier is in the shape of a treble clef while the blade is a gleaming silver. Once per short rest you can use your bonus action cause the sword to start singing (a song of your choice that you have taught to the blade), all friendly creatures within 30ft radius gain one bardic inspiration equal to your bardic inspiration die for the next 10 minutes. Also for the next one minute as the sword continues to sing you are immune to the charmed and frightened condition.
You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
