Amulet of Thoughtweaving

As long as this amulet is touching the skin of the wearer,  the Soulknife Rogue may expend a Psionic Energy die, casting Detect Thoughts without expending a spell slot, with a duration in minutes equal to the number rolled on the die. Use INT as the spellcasting ability for this spell.

This magic copper amulet is in the shape of an open hand with an eye in the middle of the palm. The eye shines with a dull yellow light when being used, and will be fixed on the individual whose targeted by the spell.
