This tin mess kit appears to be an ordinary mess kit except that there are always two slices of fresh bread inside each time it is opened. If you wish for a sandwich before opening the kit, roll 1d6 to determine what is between the bread. (1) Ham and cheese; (2) Bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes; (3) Roast beef; (4) Turkey and cranberry sauce; (5) Fried egg; (6) Mutton, lettuce, and tomatoes...and the mutton is ‘just right.’

With the mess kit open, you can use an action and name one condiment to cause the kit to produce the chosen condiment. Afterward, you can use another action and pour that condiment out of the mess kit’s drinking cup.

Once the mess kit produces a sandwich, it cannot be opened until the next dawn.
