Given to legendary adventurer Altrin during his quest to defeat the Bird on High, this amulet extracts a heavy toll on those who wear it. Decide for yourself if the benefits outweigh the costs. It is said that the amulet is as heavy as the souls it takes. Regain 4 health for every creature killed by your party as the amulet eats their soul. During each battle turn, roll a Constitution saving throw DC 18. On fail, take 1 necrotic damage.
