A lost relic associated with the Crest of Noa. If the user does not have the Crest of Noa, they take damage equal to 10% their total health each turn, and cannot use its magic abilities. All your spells have their range increased by 30 feet. If you roll die for a spell’s damage or effect, you can roll an additional die of the same type.
