This arm band has two charges. While wearing this arm band when you roll for initiative you can spend one charge (no action required) to add a bonus of 1d8 to your initiative roll. When a charge is spent from this item the next charge, if it still has one, cannot be spent until an hour has passed. Both charges recover at the next dawn.
