While wearing this amulet, and someone teleports within 30 feet of you, you may use your reaction to appear five feet from them at their destination, no matter the distance traveled or if they travel to a different plane.

If you are prevented from appearing next to them do to lack of space or magical interference (such as your creature type being unable to enter an area) you take 2d6 force damage and are stunned for 1 round.

You do not know the destination before taking this reaction.
