This amulet bears the crest of the Amakir family, a large and renowned clan of Fighters and Barbarians. Every Amakir is gifted an Amulet of Sending on their 10th birthday. Outsiders who marry into the family are given one as a wedding gift. The amulet allows any Amakir family member to cast Sending to any other Amakir family member who is also wearing an identical amulet. Once attuned to a new amulet, the user's name is magically inscripted on the back.
The amulet has two daily charges that replenish every dawn. If the message’s recipient is not wearing their amulet at the time of communication, the message is not received. It cannot be attuned to, nor used, by anyone outside of the Amakir family. However, any Amakir family member can use another family member's amulet so long as said amulet has a name inscribed on the back and both users have already attuned to their personal amulets.
Notes: Attunement requires that the user be a member of the Amakir clan by either marriage or blood. The user must attune to the amulet by wearing it during an uninterrupted long rest., Communication, Jewelry
