Almin’s Boots of Haste

The boots have three charges which the item recovers at dawn. You can use an action to use a charge and get the benefits of the Haste spell. The effect requires no concentration and lasts for a minute. You can end the effect early as a bonus action, however you still experience the wave of lethargy as the effect ends.
