Anarchy Staff

This staff fluctuates in color rapidly.

The anarchy staff has 50 charges, you can cast the following spells from it: hypnotic pattern (2 charges), summon lesser demons (2 charges) and summon greater demon (3 charges). You can also expend up to 10 charges to summon a slaad with a CR equal to or less than the number of charges you expended. In addition, you can cast chaos bolt at will as long as the staff has at least 10 charges.

The staff can be used as a quarterstaff that has a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls.

If you expend the last charge, the staff becomes a +3 quarterstaff and loses all other properties.
