Amulet of Revival

This amulet has a golden outer part with a blue gem inside. Once this amulet is used, the gem rotates to reveal that the other half of the gem is red. The blue side of the gemstone is a sapphire, while the red side is a ruby.

If you would be reduced to 0 hit points, the amulet activates and you are instead healed to your maximum number of hit points, and any poisons, spells, or effects that you choose end.

Once the amulet activates, roll a d20. On a 20, nothing happens, on any other roll, the gem is rotated, showing the red side. It subsequently becomes nonmagical. The amulet, when nonmagical, is worth 5000gp, because of the gold inlet with the large ruby.
