This amulet allows its wearer to manipulate time slightly, giving them the chance to undo their actions.
Once per long rest, the wearer can reroll a single attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, at advantage.
When the amulet's power is used, it creates a time paradox that affects the immediate future. After activating the amulet, the DM secretly rolls a d20 and records the result. At any point within the day or following day, the DM can call for an "Echo Roll" to trigger an effect based on the previously recorded d20 result. The effects can be beneficial or detrimental, but they should relate to the wearer's immediate circumstances and the potential consequences of altering fate.
