Amulet of Psychic Protection

These amulets are not all that uncommon and come in a variety of different styles, but all seem to be adorned with a large flat gemstone pendant.  Once the wearer is attuned to this magic amulet, they will receive protection from attacks of psychic nature.  The amulet will grant them +1 to their saving throws vs. psychic attacks and reduce the damage from any psychic attack by 4 points.
