While unattuned this weapon counts as a +1 longsword

after being attuned to by a ranger this weapon becomes an extension of their will, it becomes a level 1 arch enemy sword and has advantage against the favoured enemy of the ranger wielding it, after slaying fifteen of the rangers favoured enemies it becomes a level 2 arch enemy sword causing it to become a +2 longsword along with the aforementioned effects, after slaying thirty of the rangers favoured enemies the arch enemy sword becomes level 3 and gains the following effects along with all aforementioned effects, your favoured becomes vulnerable to attacks made with this weapon, if they are resistant they lose the resistance and attacks are made as normal, you gain the ability to focus your will in the heat of battle and gain the ability to engulf the sword in flames for an extra d10 of fire damage as well as bright light in a fifteen foot radius and dim light for five feet, or surround the blade in an aura of freezing air adding an extra d10 of cold damage.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
