Weapon (crossbow, hand), rare

These thin fragile steel arrows take the shape of whatever bow or crossbow the user carry’s.
they do no damage upon firing, they are two soft to pierce any skin and feel like a bothersome tap at most.

for the next 48 hours after a humanoid/beast creature kills (by any means other than ritual sacrifice) any children, pets, or lover of the user, the arrows transform into thick, sharp, platinum tipped arrows. When fired in the general direction of the killer of said loved one; the arrow/bolt will swiftly penetrate even the thickest of skin. When it pierced the skull, it explodes. Completely obliterating the head of the killer. When fired at any other creature in this state the arrow does 10d10 piercing damage. When the user gets revenge, they will never fully end the mourning process for their lost love.

once the user receives revenge or the time ends, All remaining arrows disappear.

After an arrow is fired and no longer actively damaging, in either state; it loses all magical properties and simply becomes a broken arrow.
