Description- An Amulet that allows 1 spell to be stored in it once used it can be recharged at a long rest
Appearance- The town crest of Tonfall, when a spell has been stored within the rising sun lights up
Effect- Allows any magic user to store a spell of any level into the amulet for later use. A spell slot is be used to store a spell but once cast into the amulet it stays locked and loaded for later use.
Notes: Allows all magic using classes to attune
