An Item that was originally broken into several parts, one part was stolen by Cryovain, another was hidden in a tomb, and the other was kept by a cult of Talos. When put together they create the Amulet of Storms, an unholy artifact of Talos. When put together the amulet it made up of a metal ring, a lightning bold, and a red gem that fits in the center of the indentation. Alone the parts may be used as a spell focus, together it is considerably more powerful.
When an individual makes a weapon attack, the weapon deals additional 1d6 lightning damage.
Cursed: When an individual attunes to this magic item an individual's alignment changes to Neutral Evil. They obtain the following flaw: I am obsessed with storms, and lightning, and will put myself in danger just to experience the full experience of it.
