Armor of Emerald

Forged from the scaled of the Trickster Greatwyrm, Saryxvalos, this unique piece of armor is also sentient. Usually it walks around as a small emerald dragon named Valos, no bigger then a Pseudodragon, but it can change its body to meld around someone it trusts to form a shining piece of armor.

As a bonus action, Valos shatter it's body to form a beautiful green emerald chain mail around someone it likes. While wearing this armor, you gain the following benefits:

• You have a +2 bonus to AC while wearing this armor.
• You have shining, crystal-like wings that sprout from your back. You can fly for 1-hour and gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed. 
• With the aid of Valos's sentience within the armor, it can help you at times just to become a little faster. The armor comes with two charges. You can expend one of these charges to give yourself advantage on a Dexterity saving throw. Should the two charges be used, Valos will become tired and will revert back to his dragon form, causing you to lose the armor. Once these charges are regained after a long rest, Valos can transform back into the armor.
• While wearing the armor, should you succeed on a Dexterity saving throw where you would take half damage, you would take no damage instead.

Made of interlocking metal rings, a chain shirt is worn between layers of clothing or leather. This armor offers modest protection to the wearer's upper body and allows the sound of the rings rubbing against one another to be muffled by outer layers.
