Angelic Splint

This very shiny metallic armor seems to never blemish or scratch, sometimes looks splendidly white depending on how light strikes it, and is crafted of superlight materials. It does not impose disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks, has a lower Strength requirement of only 12 to don, and even allows an additional AC bonus based on your Dexterity modifier, up to a maximum of +2. It is still considered a heavy armor, and thus requires proficiency with such armors to don it.

Inscribed in fine Celestial along the inner lining of the collar is "Pervolito" . You can speak this command word as a bonus action to activate a set of angelic wings on the armor, giving you a flying speed of 60 ft. for the next minute. When this effect ends, you fall if you are still aloft, unless you can stop the fall. Once you have used this feature, you cannot use it again until the next dawn.

This armor is made of narrow vertical strips of metal riveted to a backing of leather that is worn over cloth padding. Flexible chain mail protects the joints.
