Weapon (dagger), common (requires attunement)

For a man, who has lost his memoires and pst lives, for a man who will seek and grab onto it again, will he fly into the horizon, or drop into the ocean of despair

Part Body, Part Weapon. This tattoo acts as a retractable dagger from your hand or body part, it has an extended range of 10ft instead of 5ft.

Changing Forms. When you attack, your dagger goes through a cycle of forms from the 1st form to the most recently unlocked one. Maybe someday you can control these forms at will. When a cycle ends, the cycle starts from the 1st form yet again and the repeats for each time you attack. This cycle resets to the 1st form on a 10 minute or longer rest time without combat.

1st Form. Your dagger does an additional 1d8 damage, and the target must make a dc (8+strength/dexteritymod+prof) constitution saving throw or is knocked prone.

2nd Form. Your dagger does an additional 1d8 damage, and you regain a number of hit points equal to the necrotic damage dealt. This form’s healing factor doesn’t work if your hitting or attacking against undead or construct.

3rd Form. Your dagger does an additional 1d8 force damage, and the target must make a dc (8+strength/dexterity+prof) constitution saving throw or take an additional 1d8 force damage and is thrown back 10ft on a failed save, or a +1 force damage on a successful one.

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
