Animated Cloak

The Animated Cloak is a sentient item that chooses to aid those it feels are worthy. The cloak has a fly speed of 60 ft, acts on the same turn as it's wearer, can grapple using the wearers Arcana check instead of Athletics, but can only act independently a number of times equal to the wearers proficiency modifier each day.
