When this trinket is equipped, rolling a natural 19 on a hit dice roll also counts as a crit.
If a Healer's Kit is equipped alongside this trinket, along with it's natural effects, using the Healer's kit also replenishes 50% Max HP on the recipient.
In combat, if the wearer would be first in turn order, they will instead be last.
