For all appearances this is just a cane, although it has a very ornate shaft and an odd head that resembles a tooth but is so worn with use it is hard to tell what kind. The shaft appears to have grooves and cuts running along its length, but upon closer inspection it shows scenes of a battle between an axe wielder and a dragon. Towards the base of the shaft there is a smooth section as though from being held. The head of the cane is well worn and appears to fit perfectly in its owners hand.
Arlos's Cane can turn into a Battleaxe at any point in time that the owner wishes, as long as it is attuned, otherwise it is just a cane.
Upon changing into its axe form the head of the cane expands into a blade of teeth from a dragon.
