Altercation

The Altercation :

After years of hard work and clever thinking you have finally found a work around for the ever present recourse shortage. Made from the finest steel you can find on the continent and infused with arcane energy from the most strange and unknown sources, this weapon is something great indeed. its potential yet to be unleashed, its first form appears to be a simple pistol with cogs as a trigger. The only form of arcane influence can only be seen on the inside.... for now.

Arcane Focus :

This weapon can only be used as an arcane focus by the mad. Only the mad can see the beauty in this chaos.

 

Arcane Shot :

Once per short rest you can focus the weave to restore energy in your weapon's heat clip. 2 heat clips are restored every long rest.

 

You focus your senses to charge your pistol with a heat clip. An enemy within 60ft that you can see must make a dexterity saving throw. On a failed save the enemy takes 3d6 fire damage, or half as much on a successful one. The fire ignites any flammable surface that isn't being worn or carried.

Alternate Light source :    

Not wanting to be lost, the weapon emits a faint glow of your favourite color of the weave. Additionally you have never wanted for another light source since. Just a bit of your arcane power and it becomes a flashlight (of sorts)

Proficiency with a Pistol allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
