Aetherwing Cloak

While wearing this cloak you have a flying speed speed of 60 feet. However activating the enchantment requires a suitable breeze running through to cloak.  You will know that the enchantment can be activated when in is glowing with a strong ethereal glow.  Examples of ways to activate the cloak include but are not limited to.  Being in an area with at minimum a strong breeze.  A running jump of at least 15 feet, or falling for at least 20 feet.  You do not have the ability to hover while flying this way and must constantly stay moving to continue flying.  On the turn you do not move you  begin falling at a speed of 30 feet at the start of your next turn.
