Created and used by the Dwarves of Myrkrir after their travels from the Star Forge, this anvil presents as a small bauble attached to a chain. When the command word is spoken the anvil becomes its full size and summons all the equipment necessary to forge new items. The anvil is inlaid with ancient runes that spark when struck and can enchant items daily.
Once per day an artificer may choose to create one additional infusion. This infused item remains infused until another item is infused by the forge, or it is not reinfused each day.
Anyone who is proficient with Smith's Tools may use the anvil to craft armor and weapons with reduced crafting time and cost of materials.
The inlaid runes, using an ancient form of artifice, allow the user to craft magical items with reduced crafting and cost of materials. The runes within the anvil can be used to permanently infuse a mundane item making it a magical item. Magical items still require an exotic material as the basis of the magic.
Additionally the crafter needs to spend only 2 hours working on an item to count as a days worth of progress.
