An amulet that let's you manipulate the size of weapons, armor, garments, and tools to fit the size of willing creatures. The size manipulation does not reduce or enhance the targeted items effectiveness but removes the time and price associated with refashioning an item to be used by a much smaller or larger person. Once the size of the item has been rescaled, the change is permanent or until the amulet is used to restore it to it's normal state.
Magic is used to resize items, however magic is not used to maintain the changed state of the item. Therefore, spells like "Dispel Magic" have no effect on changed items unless they have been imbued with magic or are actively receiving the benefits of a spell or another magical effect.
